COMMENTS:
This issue (or at least the normal issue on the left) was only available as a send-away with Malibu's Gold-Stamp program. You had to collect all the stamps that came with all the different Bravura titles in order to receive silver and/or gold logo editions of the regular series No. 1 issues. If you collected so many stamps, then you were entitled to a Bravura #0 (left). If you collected the entire lot, then you would receive a Bravura #0 signed by one of theBravura creaters (The one on the left is signed by Howard Chaykin). The issue on the right is a full cover hologram variant, and I don't know how it was distributed, or how it was obtained. This is the only one I have ever come across.

Listed under Bravura, but ONLY mentions the holographic cover as a mail-in over, which must be incorrect.
