Ashcan sized mini comic measuring 4¼" x 6¼". I believe this issue originated in sealed packs of 16 mini-comics, 4 each of 4 titles. I am guessing that this issue came with Flintstone Kids, Spider-Man and X-Men. May have been used as giveaways by dealers.
